Starting Mindfulness Practice

Start slow.

Pick a small amount of time (e.g. 5 to 10 minutes) every day to practice. You could even start at 1 minute if needed and work your way up!

Aiming for the same time and place every day may help build a routine.

Practice one type of mindfulness practice for at least a week.

Remember, some practice is better than none.
